Scope
This policy applies to professional services sold by Bridgen where a fee is quoted on bridgen.digital. Hardware, media buys, and third-party pass-through expenses follow supplier policies.
Cooling-off period
Consumers contracting remotely may have a fourteen-day withdrawal right under the Framework Act on Consumers and related regulations unless an exception applies because work began with express consent.
Eligibility for refunds
If Bridgen fails to commence work within the agreed window without force majeure, clients may request a full refund of prepaid fees for unstarted phases.
Partial performance
Where deliverables are accepted milestone-by-milestone, fees attributable to accepted milestones are non-refundable. Disputes on quality are handled through the review process in your statement of work.
Non-refundable items
Rush fees, travel already incurred, third-party licenses, and completed creative files delivered and accepted are non-refundable.
Process and timing
Email hello@bridgen.digital with invoice number and reason. We acknowledge within five business days and decide within fifteen business days, subject to contract terms.
Method and consumer rights
Approved refunds return to the original payment path where possible. Korean consumers retain statutory rights outside this summary; nothing here limits mandatory protections.
