Agreement to terms

By accessing bridgen.digital you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and contact us to close any open commercial correspondence.

Services description

Bridgen provides trade marketing consulting and execution support for electronics brands and distributors in Korea. Statements on this site describe typical engagements; each engagement is governed by a separate written statement of work.

Client responsibilities

Clients supply accurate product information, approvals, and timely feedback. Clients remain responsible for regulatory compliance, retailer policies, and on-site safety during field engagements.

Intellectual property

Bridgen retains rights to pre-existing methodologies and templates. Deliverables transfer as specified in each contract. Until payment in full, Bridgen may withhold final production files where contractually allowed.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect confidential information disclosed during engagements using reasonable care. Statutory disclosures required under Korean law are permitted with notice where practicable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and applicable law, Bridgen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or services. Aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific engagement is capped at fees paid for that engagement during the six months preceding the claim.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless a signed contract specifies arbitration or another forum.

Changes and contact
